The portal is designed for keyboard navigation, readable text and small screens.
Using the site
Use the skip links to reach the content or navigation. Service menus open with Enter or Space and close with Escape. Forms use visible labels and include an answer review before sending. The theme button changes between light and dark modes.
Known limitations
Staff-authored content and externally hosted evidence may not meet the same accessibility standards. No independent accessibility certification has been completed.
