This portal stores information needed to run Alderwick RPC community services.
Information stored
When you sign in with Discord, we store your Discord identifier, display name and relevant community role IDs. Forms store your answers, character details, evidence links, case messages and staff decisions. Staff account passwords are hashed.
Access and services
Your cases can be read by your account and authorised site staff. Internal review notes are not shown to players. If configured, Discord receives case notifications and approved department roles; a game bridge receives in-character reports and approved licence details. Evidence links remain with the provider you choose.
Cookies and security logs
Essential session cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage remembers your theme, notice dismissal and cookie choice. Hashed rate-limit keys expire after their rate-limit window. The hosting provider may retain IP addresses in web server access logs.
Retention and requests
Cases and audit records are retained until community staff remove or anonymise them. This release does not automatically delete cases; the operator must publish its agreed retention period before collecting submissions. Ask community staff through Discord or the request form to access or delete your information. Do not submit real-world medical, identity or payment documents.
